In UXPressia, you can have an AI-generated draft customer journey map created for you.

Here is how you do it:

  • Click ‘ADD NEW’ / ’ADD DOCUMENT’ on the dashboard or tag page.

Generate CJM button
  • Select the ‘GENERATE WITH AI’ option.

  • Fill in the details.

Note: The quality of the map you get as a result of AI generation depends on your input:

  1. The more detailed your map description is, the more detailed and industry/case-specific the result will be.

  2. For example, instead of an 'offline store journey map, 'write 'an experience of a company purchasing project management software.

  3. It's worth creating persona profiles based on your target audience before generating a map, as including them in your prompt will give your map more depth.

  4. Make your journey description as detailed as possible, mentioning journey stages and touchpoints related to your persona(s). This way, you will ensure the map draft is tailored to your business specifics.

  5. If you have documents with raw data, such as interview transcripts, survey results, support logs, and research notes, attach them as well.

  • When you are done, click ‘GENERATE.’

That’s it! You’ll get something like this as an output:

Note: AI generation cannot replace research. Consider AI generation as the first step, where you get a map draft to work on, refining it with research data about your target audience. Without this data, your map will unlikely reflect the actual customer journey and be actionable.
