Pro and Enterprise plan users can import their personas to UXPressia using the AI functionality.

To import your personas to the platform, you need to have a persona image or screenshot in a *.png, *.jpeg and *.webp format.

Notes:

  • The maximum image resolution is 6482 х 2428 px

Image size (1).png
  • The maximum image size is 10 MB.

  • Make sure you can read text on the image. If you are not able to read it, chances are AI won’t be able to process it as well.

  • If your persona includes images, they won’t appear in the imported persona (though we’re working on it 😉).

To start the import process

  • Click ‘ADD New’ on the dashboard or Tag page

Remember: AI is here to help, but it’s your expertise that brings the persona to life. Use the AI-generated persona as a base, then fine-tune the details to align with your business goals.

Notes:

  • If the persona doesn’t capture all the details you need, you can always adjust it once the AI has finished processing.

  • Suppose you don’t like the imported persona (e.g., some important pieces of textual data are missing). In that case, you can always import the source persona once again to get a different output, as AI will re-process the persona from scratch.
