UXPressia provides a number of options for sharing your work with others.

Sharing with other members of your workspace

If you need to share your work with people who already have a Contributor or Viewer role in your workspace, first consider who exactly you would like to access your maps/personas.

💡 Tip: not sure who has access to your Workspace? Go to your Dashboard and click on the members:

Sharing with everyone within the workspace

To provide access to everyone in your workspace without exceptions, assign a Workspace tag to all the documents you want to share:

documents

All these documents will become available for all members of your workspace and visible on their Dashboards.

Sharing with specific people

To provide access to certain people from your workspace:

  • Create a personal tag.

  • Assign this tag to your documents

  • Share this tag with people you need by email.

Those documents will become available to the people who you shared the tag with and visible on their Dashboards.

Sharing individual documents

Also, you can share a document individually without using tags.

Sharing with people outside your workspace

If you need to share your work with people who doesn’t have a Contributor or Viewer role in your workspace, you can share a tag or a document by email.

We recommend that you share tags if you want to show more than one document at a time.

Whatever option you pick, these people will see shared tags and documents in the ‘Shared with me‘ section.

Sharing with people who don't have a UXPressia account

If you need to share your work with people who don’t have an account in UXPressia, you can create direct links so that those people can access it without registration.

Check who has access

Whenever you are not sure who has access to your tag or document, you can check it

  • For tags, open the tag page and expand the ‘Who has access’ section:

  • For documents, open the ‘Share document’ popup:
