When sharing a document, select the sharing option that fits you best (email or direct link sharing) and the level of access: edit/view and comment. When sharing a map or persona via email, you can also write a short message.
If you want to give someone access to a specific journey map View, you can do this easily.
If you want to share more than one document, consider using tag sharing.
