How to delete a customer journey map

You can delete a journey map from the Dashboard or the Tag page:

  • Select the map(s) you want to delete and hit the ‘Delete’ action…

…or go to map settings on the right and select the ‘Delete’ action.

Note: You can delete the maps and personas created by other users on the workspace level. To delete documents with a personal tag, you need access to this tag.
