In UXPressia, you can generate custom images with AI inside the image section for your customer journey maps.
AI-generated scenes are a great way to support storytelling when presenting a customer journey to other people.
Plus, you can make your persona a central character of the image and visualize their interaction with your product or service to tell a story.
Note: This feature is available starting from the Business plan.
How to generate images in the CJM Editor
In the AI tab of the image section
Add a prompt for the description:
Pull text from a specific section
Or describe the image you want to generate. Remember to include all the necessary details related to the image.
💡Tip: Be clear and specific
The more details you provide, the better. Include details about:
Scene or context. A question to answer: What is happening?
Key objects or people. A question to answer: Who or what should be visible?
Emotions or mood. A question to answer: Is it cheerful, serious, or chaotic?
Setting. A question to answer: Is it indoors or outdoors? Is it an office, kitchen, or nature?
✅ A young man is using a laptop while working remotely from a sunny living room, with a glass of water on the table. He is wearing a white T-shirt.
❌ A man is working.
If you enable ‘Use Persona as a character’, the AI will include your selected persona in the image.
💡Tip: For best results, use personas with a photo or detailed visual description.
Select the style and size
To exclude something from the future image, add it to the ‘Negative Prompt’ section (e.g., “no logos”).
