How to restore deleted customer journey maps

Learn how to restore a deleted CJM

Restoring deleted CJMs is easy and takes a few mouse clicks. There are two ways to restore a deleted journey map:

Restoring from the Tag page

  1. Go to the page of the tag that contained the deleted journey map.

  2. Open the DELETED tab.

  3. Hit the RESTORE icon on the right of the journey map’s bar.

Restoring from the trash

  1. Go to the Trash tag page and find the map you want to restore.

  2. Hit the RESTORE icon on the right of the target CJM’s bar:
