Divider section in customer journey maps

Learn how to add a divider between two or more journey map sections

Sometimes you may need to have a line of interaction, line of visibility, or any other kind of separation between several map parts. For instance, when you are building a service blueprint.

You need to add the Divider section to have such a line on your map.

You can customize the way the divider looks in the section settings:
