A newly created CJM already has predefined sections and stages. But what if the present stages aren’t enough for your customer journey? 🤔

Crack the nut! To add more columns to your CJM, hit the ADD button located at the upper right corner just beside the last column on the map, and a new stage will appear.

Note: There is no limit to the number of stages in your CJM whichever subscription you are on.
