Business and enterprise users have access to Reports. This premium functionality helps analyze workspace data in a structured and organized way.

Note: Everyone in a Business/Enterprise workspace can access Reports.

There are the following report types:

  • All problems;

  • All tasks;

  • All ideas;

  • All observations;

  • All hypotheses;

  • All touchpoints.

All Reports have a Table View. You can customize the table by applying filters, sorting, etc.

CX Chunks Reports

Note: You must have at least one Chunk of the corresponding type to have a report.

There's also an Effort vs. Value graph View for Problems, Ideas, and Tasks.

This representation helps prioritize improvements by providing a clear overview of which items offer the most impact relative to the effort required to implement them.

Toggle between Business Value and Customer Value to assess priorities from different perspectives:

  • Business Value helps focus on initiatives that drive organizational goals, efficiency, or profitability.

  • Customer Value highlights items with the most significant impact on user satisfaction and experience.

Use this View to identify quick wins, high-impact but resource-intensive initiatives, and low-priority tasks, making aligning efforts with strategic goals easier.

Touchpoints Reports

This report's table View provides a comprehensive overview of touchpoints within the workspace. It contains essential details such as touchpoint type, score, priority, occurrence (in journey maps and personas), and touchpoint owners.
