In UXPressia, you can assign internal owners to each customer journey map, impact map, and persona. This way, your team will always know who is responsible for a certain document.
To do that, go to document settings on
the dashboard page
the document page
or the Tag page
If you want, you can assign multiple owners to the same document:

You can assign document ownership to UXPressia users who have edit access to the document. By default, a user who created the document is automatically assigned as its owner.
Only document owners can add owners to and remove other owners from the document.
You can also manage document ownership in the Design View.
