In April 2021, we introduced new pricing plans. We added a cheaper option (the Starter plan, which costs $16/month per contributor) and increased the current Pro plan price to $36/month per contributor.
It's been four years since we last updated our pricing. UXPressia has evolved far beyond the initial product. Today you take advantage of real-time collaboration, the impact mapping tool, multipersona customer journey maps, export to PowerPoint and CSV formats, and many other features.
We believe the new prices will help more people find a plan that suits them best and our team keep the platform growing with new features like the team library and version history.
I’m already on the Pro plan. Will anything change for me?
As you are on the existing Pro plan, you will keep on using the full set of features. Till October, you'll be billed the same amount as before. After that, you'll be switched to the new Pro plan pricing.

Examples: possible cases
Below are examples of how billing will work for you.
Case 1: Switched to Pro annual last August
You switched to the annual Pro plan last year, on August 5. Your next payment will be on August 5, 2021, and you will be billed $240 on this date.
When your payment comes up in 2022 (on August 5, as well), you will be billed the new price ($360).
Case 2: Switched to Pro annual last November
You switched to the annual plan last year, on November 6. Your next payment will be after October 1 — on November 6, 2021. So you will be billed $360.
Case 3: Monthly subscription
If you are billed monthly, for example, on the fifth day of each month, you will be billed $24 in April, May, June, July, August, and September. Starting October 5, you’ll be billed $36.
Case 4: Switching from Pro Monthly to Pro Annual after April 1
You were on Pro monthly before April 1. You switched to Pro annual on April 3, 2021. You paid $240 for the yearly subscription. Your next payment will be after October 1 (on April 3, 2022). You will be billed the new price ($360) the next time.
Case 5: Adding a new contributor to a Pro Workspace created before April 1
You were on a Pro plan prior to April 1, 2021, which means that the price won't change for you till October. Add new contributors to your Pro workspace for the same amount as before:
You are on a Pro monthly. You will pay for each contributor in your Pro workspace $24/month till October. On October 1, you will be paying $36/month per contributor.
You are on a Pro annual. Your next payment is on May 5, 2021, and you will pay the same amount as before ($240/year). Until your billing period comes up in 2022 (on May 5), you will be able to add contributors to your Pro workspace for $240/year per contributor. Starting May 5, 2022, you will be paying $360/year per contributor.
You are on a Pro annual. Your next payment is on March 10, 2022, and you will be paying $360/year per contributor starting this date. Until this payment comes up, you can add contributors to your Pro workspace for the same amount as before ($240/year).
Note: When you increase the number of users, the subscription price for the new users is counted on a prorated basis according to the remaining time in the billing period.
