In UXPressia, you can stay on top of your tasks by setting deadline reminders.
When a notification is enabled, all task owners will receive an email before the due date, ensuring no one misses a deadline.
How to set up a reminder
Open the task you want to track.
In the ‘Due date’ section, click the bell icon and choose how many days or weeks before the deadline you want to be reminded.
Save your choice.
💡 Tip: Notifications work best for tasks that are shared. If you’re working in a team, ensure that everyone responsible for the task is listed as the task owner so they receive the same reminder.
Note: Only people invited to the workspace can be task owners.
How to turn off reminders
Sometimes you might need to turn off reminders. For example, your team completed a task well before the deadline. Here is how to remove the reminder:
Open the task.
Click the bell icon and select ‘Mute’ in the reminder menu.
Note: When you disable the reminder, it’s turned off for all task owners.
