UXPressia supports MS Teams integration, which means you can receive notifications about document-related activities directly in your MS Teams account.

How to set up the integration

Follow these steps to enable the notifications:

  • Open your MS Teams account and go to Apps → Workflows

  • Hit the ‘+ New flow’ button and select the ‘Send webhook alerts to a channel’ template.

  • Name the new flow, select the team and channel to send UXPressia notifications to, and copy the URL you’re shown.

  • Open the UXPressia workspace where you set up MS Team notifications and go to Workspaces → Integrations. Scroll down to see MS Teams.

  • Click ‘Connect account’ and paste the URL you copied. Once the connection is live, you can manage the notifications you’ll receive in the integration settings.

That’s it! Now you and the team members in the same MS Teams channel will receive the notifications you selected.
