How to create the Document Library and use it further

Learn how to add documents to the Document Library and to the maps and personas as well

The Document Library is a shared repository of documents that can be used by all workspace contributors in their journey maps and personas. Like the other sections of the Team Library, the repository is available only in Business and enterprise workspaces.

How it works:

1. Upload or drop files in any of the following formats: *.docs, *.xlsx, *.pptx, *.txt, *.pdf, *.png, *.jpeg, *.csv (30 MB per file) to the Documents Library.

You can rename the document afterwards. As well as:

renaming documents in the team library

2. When working on your maps/personas, select a document from the Document Library:

adding a document to a journey map or persona from team library
