Sometimes, you may need to hide your projects from other people who use the same workspace. And the best way to do that is to assign a personal tag to the documents associated with these projects.

Note: If a document has other, workspace-level tags, it is not private anymore. The doc is visible to other people inside the workspace.

If you want to hide documents from specific people, assign the docs a personal tag and share this tag with people who need access to these documents via email or a direct link

You can always make the tag visible to everyone in the workspace by changing its access level to 'Everyone in this workspace'.

⚠️ Note that only a personal tag creator can change its access level.
