FREE PLAN
The free plan offers you the following functionality:
Up to 5 tags;
1 customer journey map, 1 impact map, and 1 persona;
Email sharing with 1 user;
Export to PNG;
Document statuses;

STARTER PLAN
This plan costs $16/month per contributor ($160 for an annual subscription). Features available on this plan include:
Up to 15 tags;
3 customer journey maps, 3 impact maps, and 3 personas;
Presentation mode;
Pie and bar charts;
Live chat support.
PRO PLAN
This one costs $36/month ($360 per year) and has no limits whatsoever. When going Pro, you can take advantage of all Starter plan features, plus:
Unlimited tags;
Unlimited personas;
Unlimited customer journey maps;
Unlimited impact maps;
Unlimited access to templates;
Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Slack, Jira, and Azure DevOps integrations.
Custom document statuses
Premium support.
ENTERPRISE PLAN
The enterprise plan is for those who want something tailored for them specifically. It covers all the PRO PLAN features plus:
Azure AD, Okta integration, SSO, MFA;
Custom domain;
Separate workspaces;
Qualtrics and other custom integrations;
Access to workshops and special events;
Feedback on your personas and maps from our consultants;
Dedicated account manager, annual account reviews;
UXPressia Academy;
Security review;
Procurement.
